All items listed for sale are in stock, unless marked as pre-orders. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking once your order ships. If you have not received a notice within a week, please contact us!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship through USPS Priority Mail International but we've also provided options through UPS. International buyers are responsible for any duties and additional charges. Sorry, but we can't mark items under value or as gifts. This could lead to items being held at borders or lost.
Is my pedal under warranty? I may need a repair or replacement.

It seems my shipment is stuck in transit or lost. What do we do?
This sort of thing happens. Sometimes, a pedal’s tracking number will show that it isn’t moving. Luckily, so far, every pedal has made it to its final destination. The bad news is, sometimes this takes weeks. Please be patient as the USPS can be pretty unpredictable, but it’s out of my hands. Contact me and we can figure it out together!
