FAQ

My pedal has a strange noise/whirring/whistling in the background. Is it broken?

This is most likely a power supply issue. Oneder power sections are very well-protected against higher voltages than 9v so your circuit doesn't blow, but this means you need a good 9v isolated center-negative power supply.

What power supply would you recommend?

The cheapest/lowest end supply I'd recommend is a Truetone 1 Spot Slim 9V DC Adapter. I'm currently working toward making my circuits well-protected but also accessible to those with lower-end power supplies. Stay tuned! Also, power bricks from Voodoo Labs, Ernie Ball, and T-Rex are some of my favorites that I use to test my pedals and power my boards quite often.

When will my order ship?

You'll receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking once your order ships. All items listed for sale are in stock, unless marked as pre-orders. Because Oneder Effects is a one-person operation, currently, it takes some time to build, test, knob, pack, and ship the pedals. There will usually be a disclaimer at the top of each item description regarding how long things will take, which is usually between 1 and 2 weeks maximum. Sometimes orders will ship immediately if items are ready to go right off the shelf. Things can be pretty busy during new product drops or re-stocks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship through USPS Priority Mail International but we've also provided options through UPS. International buyers are responsible for any duties and additional charges. Sorry, but we can't mark items under value or as gifts. This could lead to items being held at borders or lost.

Is my pedal under warranty? I may need a repair or replacement.

It very well could be! Check out our Policies page for more info.

Does Oneder Effects have any dealers?

Oneder Effects are currently only available directly through the Oneder Effects webstore. There may be a time in the future when we expand and have a dealer network, but for now, this works best for me!

It seems my shipment is stuck in transit or lost. What do we do?

This sort of thing happens. Sometimes, a pedal’s tracking number will show that it isn’t moving. Luckily, so far, every pedal has made it to its final destination. The bad news is, sometimes this takes weeks. Please be patient as the USPS can be pretty unpredictable, but it’s out of my hands. Contact me and we can figure it out together!
